Bai Ji Guan "White Rooster's Comb" 2018

A different Bai Ji Guan.

And not the usual yellow leaves with a light roast. The brewed leaves looks orange and red as it went through a more traditional roast. 

Instead of light and crisp sweet corn, this aged Bai Ji Guan brews more of a darker red brew with notes of dry sour plum.
