Twilight Psalmist The roast is mid to mild, and complements the lovely sweet, roasted grains taste. Vegetal sweetness, roasty goodness, the leaves are whole and beautiful. I actually am saving the wash for later this time, and in the future, it's too good to waste. This is a picture of my 7th infusion. Delicious, get some!
