Dong Ding "Cold Summit" is a classic Taiwan oolong.
Mid-oxidized and lightly convection roasted creates a toasty, nutty, and very light hints of fruit profile.
A great choice for everyday and introduction to oolong.
Brewing recommendations:
Weigh out 4 -5 grams (approximately a small tablespoon) to brew in a 150ml teapot/vessel at 195-200 F temperature water for 1 minute. Decant brew from teapot/vessel fully to prevent leaves from continuing to release flavor. Add additional 20-30 second per subsequent brew. Adjust parameter accordingly to your taste.
