A high mountain oolong from Taiwan's Lishan Mountain range, Fu Shou Shan "Longevity Mountain" - garden around 2200 - 2400 meters above sea-level.
This is a lightly oxidized oolong, finished with a light convection oven heating to yield a crisp and light green oolong.
Tasting notes:
Verdant, green, bright, floral, with a sustained sweet finish.
Brewing recommendations:
5 grams (tablespoon) in a 150ml vessel. Brewing at 195-200F temperature water for around 45-60 seconds for the first step. Add 30 seconds to each additional steep. Adjust brewing time and temperature as needed.
