A fruity aromatic and mid-high charcoal roasted Rou Gui Wuyi Rock Oolong.

I know sought-after Yan Chas or Rock Teas from the revered central region of the ecological reserve are very limited and can command astronomical prices. So, I had to work on securing a harvest of leaves, from a garden a little bit further away but is still within the reserve, to create a classic oolong tea with the aromatics and depth that embodies the classic characteristics of a classic standard Wuyi Oolong.

This harvest of Rou Gui went through three successive rounds of fruit wood charcoal roasting, each lasting around 12 hours.

This is a great Rou Gui that can be enjoyed everyday, without the hefty price tag.
