A mid-high roast roast Shui Xian oolong, from the ecological reserve, fantastic for everyday gongfu cha brewing.
The roast has mostly dissipated, showing a settled tea with more of a mossy and mineral body, finishing with deep orchids and a pleasant grape-skin bite at the end of each sip.
Brewing Recommendations:
Weigh approximately 5 - 7 grams in a 120ml vessel. Douse with boiling water around 208F - 212F. Immediately decant and pour out brew within 5 - 10 seconds. For subsequent brews, add another 5 - 10 seconds.
