Zhi Lan Xiang "Zhi Lan Orchid Fragrance" Phoenix Oolong

A fragrant Zhi Lan Xiang Phoenix Oolong/Dancong.

Notes of sweet purple grapes and lychee.

Brewing Recommendations:

4-6 grams in a 120 -150 ml tea vessel. Brewing at 195 F for 15-20 seconds on first brew; adding approximately 20-30 seconds to each subsequent brew after.

Tip: Increase grams (for intensity of fragrance) and keep brewing times short to avoid over brewing to prevent astringency . If you use hotter water from 200 - 208 F then decant immediately within 5 - 10 seconds on the first brew.
